A well-balanced attack led West Point over Pontotoc in every quarter on their way to victory on Friday. Given that consistent dominance, it should come as no surprise that the Green Wave blew the Warriors out of the water with a 50-13 final score. The Green Wave might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matchups by 33 points or more this season.

Colt Whitacre threw for 136 yards and one touchdown on only 11 passes. Justin White was his top target, picking up 35 receiving yards. On the ground, Kingston Branham rushed for 30 yards.

West Point's win was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-0. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 36.0 points this season. As for Pontotoc, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-3.
