Volleyball Recap: Clarksville Takes a Loss

Clarksville lost against Morrilton two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Panthers fell 3-1 to the Devil Dogs.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 23-25, 25-23, 25-12.

Baylor Pasley paced Clarksville's offense, picking up 14 kills. Pasley got some help from Alex Rodriguez and her 23 assists. Analeise Fultz and Allie Willis kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Clarksville's loss dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Morrilton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Clarksville will venture away from home to face off against Lamar at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Morrilton, they will head out to take on Heber Springs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
