Chantilly took a five-goal loss the last time they faced off against Woodson, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. Chantilly had just enough and edged out Woodson 3-2 on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but Chantilly sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Chantilly's record now sits at 3-0. As for Woodson, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chantilly will head out to challenge George C. Marshall at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Woodson, they will venture away from home to square off against Fairfax at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give Woodson their first taste of in-conference action this season.
