After losing to Frederick Douglass the last time they met, Henry Clay decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Henry Clay Blue Devils came out on top against the Frederick Douglass Broncos by a score of 83-72 on Tuesday. The win was all the more spectacular given the Blue Devils' disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 33rd, while the Broncos are ranked second).

The victory made it two in a row for Henry Clay and bumps their season record up to 18-5. As for Frederick Douglass, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-3.
