League recap: B & B tops Southern Coffey County to extend winning streak

Twin Valley (8 Man) recap Oct. 16, 2012

B & B extended the longest winning streak in Twin Valley (8 Man) this week by beating Southern Coffey County, 49-0. The victory was the seventh in a row for the Falcons.

Hanover took down Blue Valley 58-8 last week, the largest margin of any game.

B & B's Dustin Rottinghaus and Cameron Haug have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. Rottinghaus has thrown for 509 yards this season, while Haug, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 21 catches for 293 yards. Lucas Adams from Frankfort leads the league in rushing with 755 yards.

The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Justin Coup's team and the Wildcats. The Falcons comes into the matchup ranked third in the state, while Hanover ranks 18th.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when B & B takes on Matt Heuer's team. The Falcons have allowed 44 points this season, while the Wildcats have given up 88. B & B allowed 0 points last week as it beat the Titans.

Hanover led Twin Valley (8 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 58 points on the Rams.
