Passaic County Tech's Isaac Williams rumbled for the longest rushing play in Big North - Liberty this season in his game against Clifton last week. Williams ran for 62 yards on the play and finished with 186 on the day as his team bested the Mustangs.
Passaic County Tech moved up to 70 from 120 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Matthew Demarest's team was able to make the jump by beating Clifton 40-6.
The Bulldogs' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jared Quintero threw for 66 and one touchdown and Mike Rodriguez had 35 yards receiving. Jose Mercado helped Passaic County Tech's passing attack out by catching one ball for 19 yards.
Passaic County Tech's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bulldogs feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Quintero has thrown for 341 yards and five touchdowns this season, while Kori Haggie has seven catches for 114 yards. Williams leads the league in rushing with 464 yards.
Steve Covello's team was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in Big North - Liberty. The Mustangs defeated the Mustangs 40-6 earlier in the week.
