Soccer Recap: Cristo Rey Atlanta Comes Up Short

Cristo Rey Atlanta was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They came up short against The King's Academy, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Cristo Rey Atlanta can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 440th, while The King's Academy is ranked 41st).

Cristo Rey Atlanta's loss dropped their record down to 0-12-1. As for The King's Academy, they pushed their record up to 11-1-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

As of now, neither Cristo Rey Atlanta nor The King's Academy have any future games scheduled.
