The Winslow Bulldogs will take on the Snowflake Lobos at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Winslow will head into Friday's contest hoping to keep the good times rolling: they proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by 33) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They skirted past Show Low 71-68. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bulldogs have posted since December 13, 2024.

Meanwhile, Snowflake entered their tilt with Holbrook on Friday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Roadrunners 54-52.

Snowflake's win came from a few key players Winslow will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Brock Ervien, who went 7 for 11 on his way to 14 points and seven rebounds. Asher Brewer was another key player, going 6 of 13 on his way to 12 points and seven boards.

Snowflake is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine matches, which provided a massive bump to their 9-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.8 points per game. As for Winslow, the win got them back to even at 8-8.
