Baseball Recap: Jefferson Takes a Loss

Jefferson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 16-1 to the Regina Regals.

Jefferson saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jordan Steinspring, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

Jefferson's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Regina, their victory bumped their record up to 13-2.

Jefferson has already played their next game, a 10-0 defeat against Waukee on the 14th. As for Regina, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 8-5 win against St. Albert on the 14th.
