Baseball Recap: Keene Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Trinity

Keene faced Trinity in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Blackbirds fell just short of the Pioneers by a score of 2-1. The Blackbirds just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Keene saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden French, who went 1-for-4 with one triple. That triple was French's first of the season.

Keene's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Trinity, their win bumped their record up to 7-2.
