Union Grove Christian enjoyed a cozy 58-41 win over Tabernacle Christian on Tuesday. The Patriots pushed the score to 49-29 by the end of the third, a deficit the Conquerors cut but never quite recovered from.

Colin Wykes continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 8 for 19 on his way to 21 points in addition to six assists and six steals. His evening made it nine games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Garrett Trinkle, who went 5 for 12 on his way to 11 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Meanwhile, Oak Grove's undefeated season came to an end after three games on Wednesday. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 65-64 to Randleman. The loss was the Grizzlies' first of the season.

Oak Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for Union Grove Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 11-2.
