Coal Ridge extended their postseason success on Saturday against University. They never let the Bulldogs get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Titans, who have now won 21 contests in a row.

John Luke Houston made a splash while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one RBI.

Houston wasn't the only one making solid contact as four players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Ben Simons, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Coal Ridge's record is now 25-2-1. As for University, with the defeat, they broke their 16-game winning streak and moved their record to 24-4.

As of now, neither Coal Ridge nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
