Soccer Recap: Coolidge Plays Ranked Match

Coolidge faced DC International in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. Neither the Colts nor the Dragons could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw. The result kept Coolidge happy, as they haven't lost a game since October 4th.

Oseas Gonzalez and Michael Flores Sorto scored both of Coolidge's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Coolidge's draw makes their record 8-2-3 this season. As for DC International, they moved theirs to 8-2-3.

Coming up, Coolidge will take on Banneker at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for DC International, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 1-0 win against Paul Public Charter International on the 21st.
