Victory Charter waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Rimrock Raiders, sneaking past 46-44. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Vipers have posted since December 2, 2023.

Victory Charter's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Cody Luce, who posted 14 points and five boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabriel Gomez, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.

Victory Charter smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 15 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 12 offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.

Victory Charter pushed their record up to 10-8 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.4 points per game. As for Rimrock, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-7.

Victory Charter has already played their next contest (against Riverstone International), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Rimrock won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Camas County at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
