Volleyball Recap: Make It Six in a Row for Jackson County

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Jackson County had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Glynn Academy Terrors as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The contest marked the Panthers' most dominant win of the season.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-16, 25-21.

Jackson County was led to victory by Ava Lesniak and Chloe Wright. Lesniak had 14 digs and three aces, while Wright had 11 digs. That's the most digs Wright has posted since back in September. Rylee Dykstra also deserves some recognition as she had her first dig of the season.

The victory was the sixth in a row for Jackson County, bringing their record up to 32-7. As for Glynn Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 27-16.

Jackson County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Seckinger on the 18th. Glynn Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
