Vassar had lost six straight at home dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped their record down to 1-5 to make it seven. They lost 26-0 to the Caro Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 12-1 on Thursday.

As for Caro, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-2. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by seven runs or more this season.
