They came out on top against the Eagles by a score of 11-8. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won four in a row.

Mikey Iglesias looked comfortable as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Brock Shaffer, who scored a run while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Another player making a difference was AJ Fernandez, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
