Softball Recap: Standing Bear Grizzlies vs. Blair Bears
Standing Bear won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Monday. They lost 11-3 to the Blair Bears.
Standing Bear dropped their record down to 5-22 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road. As for Blair, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.
Standing Bear will welcome Norris at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blair, they will head out to square off against Gretna at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Blair comes in on five and Gretna on 29.
