Softball Recap: Mishawaka Marian Comes Up Short

Mishawaka Marian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They lost 15-7 to the Washington Township Senators.

Mishawaka Marian's defeat dropped their record down to 5-21. As for Washington Township, their record now sits at 8-11.

Mishawaka Marian didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-1 loss against South Bend Saint Joseph on the 26th. As for Washington Township, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 23-6 victory against Elkhart Christian Academy on the 24th.
