Soccer Game Preview: Nathan Hale vs. Ingraham

The Nathan Hale Raiders will venture away from home to take on the Ingraham Rams at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Nathan Hale has given up an average of 3.2 goals per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Nathan Hale and West Seattle meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Monday. Nathan Hale came up short against West Seattle, falling 5-2.

Meanwhile, Ingraham hasn't lost a match yet, a trend which continued in their latest game on Friday. They came out on top against Franklin by a score of 4-2.

Ingraham's win bumped their record up to 4-0-2. As for Nathan Hale, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3-1.

Nathan Hale came out on top in a nail-biter against Ingraham in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, sneaking past 1-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Nathan Hale since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
