Softball Game Preview: Austintown-Fitch Falcons vs. Canfield Cardinals

For the second straight game, Austintown-Fitch will face off against Canfield. The Falcons will venture away from home to take on the Cardinals at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Austintown-Fitch is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 13.9 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Austintown-Fitch beat Canfield 20-15.

Kourtney Fedorek looked comfortable as she tossed three innings while giving up three earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Abby Toth, who fired off two home runs, seven RBI, and three runs while going 4-for-5. That's the most hits she has posted since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was Kaliana Ray, who scored three runs while going 5-for-5.
