Collinsville won the last time they faced Alton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Kahoks came out on top against the Redbirds by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Kahoks.

While Collinsville might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Alton scored at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18.

Collinsville's win bumped their record up to 12-15. As for Alton, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-19.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Collinsville will host Father McGivney Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Griffins will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Kahoks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Alton, they will be playing at home against Bunker Hill at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
