Los Altos had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They breezed past the Wilson Wildcats to the tune of 62-15. The Conquerors pushed the score to 55-13 by the end of the third, a deficit the Wildcats had no chance of recovering from.

DIEGO CASTILLO was nothing short of spectacular: he threw for 245 yards and two TDs on only 13 passes, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in passer rating (151.4). NATHANIEL SANCHEZ was another key player, rushing for 50 yards and a pair of scores.

Los Altos didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as JOSIAH CORTEZ, BENJAMIN CORTEZ, and NOEL TREJO-ZEPEDA picked up one apiece. TREJO-ZEPEDA got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Although Wilson took the loss, they still got scores from Brian Silva and Josiah Lewis.

Coming up, Los Altos will square off against West Covina at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wilson, they will take on Rowland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
