Soccer Recap: Mountain Range vs. Thornton
Mountain Range was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They fell just short of the Thornton Trojans by a score of 2-1. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Mustangs of the 6-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2023.

Mountain Range's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Thornton, the win snapped their losing streak at nine games and leaves them with a 1-9 record.

Mountain Range is facing Northglenn at the right time seeing as Northglenn is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Thornton, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Gateway at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
