First Baptist Academy won the last time they faced Living Rock Academy and things went their way on Thursday too. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bobcat. That three set margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

First Baptist Academy was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-12, 25-17.

Living Rock Academy's loss came despite strong showings from Avery Chandeler and Hailee Cox. Chandeler had 17 digs and two assists, while Cox had five kills, five digs, and two aces. Those kills were Cox's first of the season.

First Baptist Academy now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Living Rock Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
