Basketball Recap: Galesburg Takes a Loss

Galesburg lost against Danville back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Galesburg Silver Streaks fell 65-52 to the Danville Vikings. The Silver Streaks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Galesburg's record now sits at 5-12. As for Danville, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-8 record this season.

Galesburg will host Sterling at 7:00 p.m. on January 10th. As for Danville, they will take on Evergreen Park in a tournament on Sunday.
