Soccer Recap: Rancho Verde Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for Rancho Verde's offense. They fell just short of the Temescal Canyon Titans by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The loss continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Titans: they've now lost five in a row.

Rancho Verde's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Temescal Canyon, their record now sits at 3-6-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rancho Verde will take on Vista del Lago in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Temescal Canyon and Laguna Hills will compete for holiday cheer at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. Laguna Hills will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Temescal Canyon surely won't give up without a fight.
