Basketball Game Preview: Central Knights vs. Madison Park RVT Cardinals

The Central Knights will venture away from home to take on the Madison Park RVT Cardinals at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. Central knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Madison Park RVT likes a good challenge.

Central will bounce into Monday's contest after beating Barrington, who they had gone 1-6 against in their seven prior meetings. Central came out on top against Barrington by a score of 77-69 on Saturday.

Central got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was John Ramos out in front who posted 23 points. Ramos' afternoon made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Jonathan Ramos was another key player, putting up 22 points.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Madison Park RVT challenged Fenway on Thursday. Madison Park RVT was dealt an 83-53 loss at the hands of Fenway.

Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Madison Park RVT, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
