Softball Game Preview: Harpursville Hornets vs. McGraw Eagles

The Harpursville Hornets are taking a road trip to challenge the McGraw Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Harpursville has now lost seven straight dating back to last season, leaving the team hunting for their first win since the 22nd.

Harpursville fell victim to Sidney and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Team, falling 15-0.

Meanwhile, McGraw made easy work of Marathon on Tuesday and carried off a 16-3 victory.

Leah Terwilliger was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. Another player making a difference was Katie Millard, who went 2-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.

Harpursville's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for McGraw, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
