Buhach Colony and Atwater are an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2019, but not for long. The Thunder will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Buhach Colony will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Buhach Colony earned a 3-1 win over Golden Valley.

Buhach Colony walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 22-25, 25-14, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Atwater was able to grind out a solid win over Los Banos on Thursday, taking the game 3-1. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Atwater had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-23, 25-13, 25-21.

Buhach Colony's win bumped their record up to 11-9. As for Atwater, their victory bumped their record up to 14-4.

Buhach Colony suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Atwater when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Thunder avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
