Volleyball Recap: Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] Gets the Win

With a playoff win on the line, Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Ellendale Cardinals by a score of 3-1. This was a revenge game for the Pirates: when they faced off against the Cardinals back in September, they had to take a 3-2 defeat.

Ellendale's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Macy Norton, who had 11 digs and three aces, and Anisten Petersen, who had 25 digs and seven kills. Petersen is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had six or more in each of the last three games she's played.

Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen]'s first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Ellendale, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] nor Ellendale have any future games scheduled.
