Volleyball Recap: Antelope Valley Comes Up Short

Antelope Valley lost against Highland back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Antelopes came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 3-0. The Antelopes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Antelope Valley was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-22, 25-14.

Antelope Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 9-14. As for Highland, the victory got them back to even at 8-8.

Looking ahead, Antelope Valley will take on The Palmdale Aerospace Academy in a tournament on Saturday. As for Highland, they will face off against Palmdale Academy Charter School at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Bulldogs are facing the Jaguars at the right time seeing as the Jaguars are stuck on a four-game losing streak.
