Lake Minneola won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Central Florida Christian Academy at 11:00 a.m. on January 13th. Central Florida Christian Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Florida Rankings (they are ranked 371st, while Lake Minneola is ranked 169th).
