Volleyball Recap: West Lyon Takes a Loss

West Lyon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to the MOC-Floyd Valley Dutchmen. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Wildcats have suffered since October 17, 2024.

West Lyon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-9. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.

Coming up, West Lyon will challenge Okoboji at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for MOC-Floyd Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Cherokee Washington on the 20th.
