It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Southeast of Saline Trojans had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They came out on top against the Swathers by a score of 57-47. Winning may never get old, but Southeast of Saline sure is getting used to it with their third in a row.

Brenton Leeds had an outrageously good game as he scored seven points along with nine rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Omar Calzada, who scored nine points.

Southeast of Saline has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a massive bump to their 13-9 record this season. As for Hesston, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-4.

Southeast of Saline will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Santa Fe Trail at 5:00 p.m. Santa Fe Trail knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with flashy point totals in its past four matchups -- so hopefully Southeast of Saline likes a good challenge.
