After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Concord, Homer was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Hillsdale Hornets as the Homer Trojans made off with a 52-28 win. The Trojans haven't had any issues with the Hornets recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Homer's win bumped their record up to 7-14. As for Hillsdale, they are on a 21-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-22.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Homer beat Hillsdale by a score of 56-54 on Monday.
