Basketball Game Preview: Wethersfield Flying Geese vs. Morrison Mustangs

The Wethersfield Flying Geese are taking a road trip to take on the Morrison Mustangs at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Morrison took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Wethersfield, who comes in off a win.

Wethersfield took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Saturday. They blew past ROWVA/Williamsfield 56-21. The Flying Geese have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Morrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 49-20 loss at the hands of Bureau Valley.

Wethersfield's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. As for Morrison, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-16.
