Basketball Recap: Tuesday's Win Is Keller's Fourth in Last Five Outings

If Trinity wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Keller, they should've done a better job of containing Steven Ramirez. The Keller Indians took their match on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 57-30 win over the Trinity Trojans thanks in part to Ramirez, who shot 4-for-6 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 27 points and 11 boards. That makes it seven consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Keller's points.

The team also got some help courtesy of Shawn Harris, who posted six points and nine rebounds. What's more, he also racked up two blocks, the most he's had since back in November.

Keller is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for Trinity, they now have a losing record at 7-8.

Keller will venture away from home to take on Timber Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Keller is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. As for Trinity, they will be playing at home against V.R. Eaton at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
