Gallatin beats Lebanon for their third straight win

Recap: Gallatin Green Wave vs. Lebanon Blue Devils

The Gallatin Green Wave had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 20.5 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Lebanon and snuck past 32-30. This was payback for Gallatin, who suffered a 14-9 loss the last time these two teams met.

Leading Gallatin to victory were Jackson Stroup and Jaden Hoskins. Stroup threw for 316 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per attempt, while Hoskins gained 220 total yards and two touchdowns. Jeremiah Williams also helped out with an impressive 87 receiving yards.

Gallatin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for Lebanon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Gallatin will head out on the road to face off against Oakland at 7:00 p.m. on November 4th. Oakland presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Gallatin in Tennessee (Oakland is ranked fifth, while Gallatin is ranked 72nd). Lebanon does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
