Mundelein is a perfect 9-0 against Waukegan since September of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Mundelein and 15 for Waukegan dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Waukegan lost 28-8 to Lake Forest on Friday.

Waukegan's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Mundelein, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.

Everything came up roses for Mundelein against Waukegan when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 35-0 victory. Will the Mustangs repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
