Scott waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Roane County Raiders a 10-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Skyhawks, who have now won ten contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Nate Easterling was a standout: he went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI and one stolen base. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April. Ryan Neal also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.

Scott always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .606. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Roane County only posted an OBP of .381.

Scott's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-7-2. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.7 runs over those games. As for Roane County, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-12.

As of now, neither Scott nor the Raiders have any future games scheduled.
