Basketball Recap: Heritage Academy Drops Highest Score of Season Against Bellevue

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Heritage Academy). Everything went their way against the Bellevue Tigers on Thursday as the Heritage Academy Eagles made off with a 90-68 victory. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 22 points or more this season.

Heritage Academy's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 6.75 points across that stretch. As for Bellevue, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Heritage Academy will head out to take on Louisville Collegiate at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Heritage Academy is facing Louisville Collegiate at the right time seeing as Louisville Collegiate is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Bellevue, they will be playing at home against Villa Madonna at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
