Volleyball Recap: Beatty Comes Up Short

Beatty and Round Mountain squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Beatty had to settle for second. They came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. The Hornets just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-15, 25-19.

Beatty's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Round Mountain, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-6 record this season.

Beatty does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Round Mountain, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Indian Springs on the 1st.
