Basketball Recap: Garrett Memorial Christian Takes a Loss

Garrett Memorial Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 72-22 defeat at the hands of the Arkansas Christian Academy Knights. The Saints were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 54-13.

Arkansas Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Addy Baker, who posted 24 points. The dominant performance gave Baker a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Carla Best, who had 16 points.

Garrett Memorial Christian's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Arkansas Christian Academy, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-1.
