Basketball Game Preview: Tabb Tigers vs. Northumberland Indians

Having just played yesterday, the Tabb Tigers will get right back to it and host the Northumberland Indians at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

It was a proper cat-fight when Tabb challenged Bruton on Thursday. The stars were shining brightly for Tabb in a 47-33 win over Bruton.

Meanwhile, Northumberland waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took down the Cougars 51-32. While the Indians didn't have the best season last year (they finished 3-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Northumberland's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 27.7 points per game. As for Tabb, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 4-3 record this season.
