Shrine Catholic entered their tilt with Genesee Christian on Saturday with eight consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with nine. Their defense stepped up to hand the Soldiers a 3-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Shrine Catholic, who have now won ten matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Shrine Catholic's victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Genesee Christian, they moved to 8-7-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
