Gabrielino has gone a perfect 10-0 against Marshall recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. Gabrielino will venture away from home to challenge Marshall at 3:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Gabrielino and ten for Marshall.

On Wednesday, Gabrielino didn't have quite enough to beat Pasadena and fell 20-19. Even if the Eagles couldn't come away with the victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Friday. Marshall lost 16-2 to South El Monte.

Marshall saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Roselyn Estrella-Salmeron, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.

Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Gabrielino, their loss dropped their record down to 7-13.

Everything went Gabrielino's way against Marshall in their previous matchup back in April, as Gabrielino made off with an 11-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gabrielino since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
