Football Recap: Bells Takes a Loss

After soaring to 48 points the game before, Bells was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They took a blow against the Gunter Tigers, falling 50-7. The contest marked the Panthers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Bells' defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Gunter, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coincidentally, Bells and Gunter will both be playing Callisburg the next time they take the field. The Panthers will host the Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Tigers will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on October 10.
