Volleyball Recap: St. Cloud Victorious

St. Cloud won the last time they faced Gateway and things went their way on Monday too. The Bulldogs walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Panthers.

Dante Cayaban paced St. Cloud's offense, picking up 13 kills. Cayaban got some help from Eddier Rodriguez and his 19 assists. Rodriguez also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Charlie Dieux, racking up two apiece.

St. Cloud's win bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Gateway, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

St. Cloud wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-2 victory against Harmony on the 8th. As for Gateway, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Liberty on the 8th.
