Braden Atkinson Dazzles in Rolesville Victory
Starting off the list is Rolesville's Braden Atkinson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Atkinson threw for 325 yards and four touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes.
Millbrook had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Atkinson it was a similar story. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Atkinson saw the Wildcats), he threw for 418 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes.

Another Game with at Least Two Sacks from Rashad Streets
Millbrook came up short on Friday despite Rashad Streets delivering his best game to date. Streets wasn't messing around, picking up 2.5 sacks and making 15 total tackles. The game was his fifth straight with two or more sacks.
The defeat snapped Millbrook's winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 6-1 record. Streets and Millbrook will face off against Wakefield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
